Octocorals in Southern waters in HK
A study on octocoral communities and their associated invertebrates in the Southern waters of Hong Kong was conducted from 2022 to 2024. The diversity and coverage of octocorals across the 29 study sites were assessed. This identification book presents the species of octocorals found in Hong Kong's Southern waters, along with the invertebrates associated with each species.

Sea slugs Research in Hong Kong
The Hong Kong Maritime Museum invited Prof. Tsang Ling Ming and his research assistant Miss Fu Ka Wing to deliver two sessions of talk on 13 July, 2024 and 24 Aug, 2024. During the presentation, they shared the history of sea slug research in Hong Kong, along with the methodology and mid-term findings of their current underwater surveys and citizen science program focused on sea slugs in Hong Kong.

Finding sea slugs HK!
We will create an online sea slug database for our ongoing project, utilizing photos captured during field surveys as well as those submitted by citizen scientists. This database will showcase the sea slug species found in Hong Kong, along with descriptions of their characteristics. The community can use this database for local sea slug identification and learning.
